When will my order be shipped?We process most orders within 24 hours. Within 24hrs of us receiving payment you will receive a tracking link, and depending on which shipping method you choose delivery time can vary from 3-20 days. Typically with Xpresspost, orders will arrive in 5-7 business days anywhere in Canada (2-3 Business Days for Western Canada)

How are VioletDrift packages shipped?All orders are securely packaged and shipped discreetly via the Canada Post shipping method of your choice (Regular, Expedited, or Xpress Post). We use plain cardboard packaging, with no way of identifying the contents contained in the box. No logos or any mention of the products are on the exterior of the box. We ship all packages with SIGNATURE RELEASE REQUIRED unless otherwise specified. If you would NOT like your package sent with a signature release, please leave a note on the order at checkout saying "No signature required". Please note that if you do not receive your package after requesting delivery with no signature, we will not be able to issue a replacement.

What if I do not receive my order?If your order has not been delivered and it has been longer than 10 business days since the date of shipping, we will be happy to reship it to you. We select that a signature is required for delivery of all packages to prevent lost or stolen packages. Therefore, if the tracking information shows the item was delivered and signed for, we cannot reship or provide a refund. If the order was not delivered because the address information entered at checkout was incomplete or incorrect (such as missing a unit number), we will charge for shipping a replacement package at our discretion.

Do you ship internationally?Unfortunately no, we only ship within Canada. No International or United States shipping.

How do I pay?We ONLY accept Interac E-transfer payment. Payment details will be provided during the checkout process.

What is your refund/return policy?Due to the nature of our products, and in order to be able to maintain a certain amount of banking privacy, we are not able to offer refunds or returns, so all sales are final. However, if there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us and we will work together to find a solution.

How do you recommend storing VioletDrift products?We recommend storing our products at room temperature, out of direct sunlight and in a dry place. No refrigeration is needed. Excessive heat or cold can cause them to degrade. Our products will easily last a year in these recommended conditions.

Can microdose capsules be used for a full psychedelic experience?Yes they can be, however, please note this is not necessarily their intended purpose. If you do wish to use multiple microdose capsules in a larger dose, we highly recommend making a tea and emptying the capsules into it, as this will optimize the benefits from the dosage taken. We also recommend waiting at least two days after microdosing to allow your receptors to clear prior to taking a larger dose, which will also enhance the experience.

Can I order larger quantities of product?We only accept custom orders for larger quantities of the Crimson Spice Chai tea and Uplift Minidose capsules at this time. Please email us with all inquiries about custom orders to discuss quantities and pricing.
